I want to report a problem with my delivery
If your mail arrives at different times every day, here’s why and what you can do.
- Your mail arrives at different times every day.
- You’d like it to be delivered at the same time every day.
- We aim to deliver mail to all addresses by 3.00pm in urban areas, and 4.00pm in rural areas, subject to transport limitations. However, unexpected issues, such as road works or particularly large volumes of mail, may mean your mail arrives earlier or later than normal.
- If your mail has always arrived at the same time and only just started to arrive late or early, please let us know by reporting the problem.
- You can set up a Mail Collect or PO Box™ and collect your mail from your local Royal Mail delivery office, rather than have it delivered.
